Hi,
Just want to say thank you for these recipes. I am South African and live in NZ. My daughter’s friend from Korea lives with us and I want to treat her to Korean food now and then. Poor her, she is on a South African diet at the moment. This is all new to me but a nice challenge.

This recipe is sooooooo easy and the pancake tastes delish!!! The recipes on this site are simple and tasty. I think I am going to try all of them. I am half korean and very proud of korean foods but my mother isn’t around to teach me how to cook them. Lucky I’ve lived there and I remember what the food is supposed to taste like and I can try to recapture those dishes. You should put a dukbokki recipe. Or mandu guk. I’ll keep checking in! Thanks for the tasty recipes.~

I didn’t know you could buy the Pancake Powder. I’ll have to look at H-Mart
