    My only question is, why isn’t this as dark as the one I had at a Korean restaurant? Did they cook it longer or add more of something else to it?

    How long did you marinate the beef? Marinate it about for half a day in the fridge, you will see the dark juice coming out from the beef and sauce. Then mix the juice and the beef well before you cook it 🙂

    I’m a beginner and just about to try cooking korean dish..

    So, is this recipe suitable for my first try (since I really love it)?

    And, the pear and ginger juice, can I simply make it?
    using the blender??

      Hi Picka,
      Yes Bulbogi is quite simple to make. Yes again, you can use a blender and make puree.

      You can slice up an Asian bear and put it in the blender and use it. or you can get a Korean pear juice.

    I love Bulgogi, and I can’t wait to try this, but what cut of beef should I use? Sirloin?
